About Our Dumplings

Our dumplings and sauces may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, soy, eggs, and shellfish. While we take food safety seriously and follow proper handling procedures, cross-contamination may occur as all items are prepared in the same kitchen.

If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please contact us before ordering dumplings or attending a class—we’re happy to help you make an informed choice.

Here are some answers to common questions

Are the dumplings gluten-free?
No, they are not gluten-free.
Are they nut free?

Yes, they are nut and tree nut free. We do not have nuts in our commercial kitchen.

Are they sesame free?

Yes, we do not use sesame seeds or oil in our dumplings nor is it in our kitchen.

Are the vegetable dumplings vegan?

Yes! Our sauce is too.

What is the shellfish in the pork and chicken dumplings?

We use oyster sauce in the pork and chicken dumplings but NOT in the vegetable. There is a small chance for cross contamination but we are careful to always follow the highest standards in our production. When we cook on-site, the dumplings are cooked using the same pans and tongs.

Any eggs, or dairy?

No eggs or dairy in our three signature dumplings (pork, chicken, vegetable). But we do occasionally have specials that include eggs and dairy.
